- Items must be in unused condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Final clearance and close-out items are not eligible for return.
- We do not process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.

What is Checkout+?


When you use checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you choose not to add Checkout+, you may still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note: If you choose to schedule a package pickup, additional fees may apply and are not covered by Checkout+.
