Poor service and poor return policy

I bought 4 pairs of sandals from the UK as my local store doesn't stock Yumi sandals anymore. But got sent the wrong size and they rejected my return as they dont do international returns. They never mentioned this in their return policy.

Waco website shows prices in my local currency (pound sterling) and sizes shown were UK. Ordered UK size 5 and they sent me UK size 2.5 which was not even shown on their size converter.

Made initial contact and I was assured it would be looked into and asked for photographs, which I provided. No further correspondence received after numerous attempts.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NAVIGATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
